The short version: we collect almost nothing, we record nothing, and we never sell anything. Echo exists so you can put something down. Not so we can pick it up.

Who we are

Niya One is operated by ETTAI C.V., a company registered in Belgium. For anything related to your data, write to support@niyaone.com. A human reads it.

Your calls

We do not record your calls. We do not transcribe them. We do not keep notes on what you say. The conversation exists while it happens and then it is gone. That is the entire point of Echo.

Guardians work under a confidentiality commitment. What you share on a call stays on the call.

A small number of providers help Echo run. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:

How long we keep things

Booking and payment records are kept as long as Belgian accounting law requires, then deleted. Emails are kept as long as the conversation is active. If you ask us to delete what we hold about you, we do, except where the law obliges us to keep an invoice record.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or hand it over to you. One email to support@niyaone.com is enough. You also have the right to complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be, though we would rather you talk to us first.

Age

Echo is built for adults. If you are under 18, this service is not for you, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will never quietly weaken it.
